Job Coach – Career Coaching & Employment Support

About the role

Orange Jordan is looking for a dedicated Job Coach to empower beneficiaries with the skills and confidence needed to secure meaningful employment. You will work closely with individuals across the Kingdom, providing personalized guidance and facilitating their journey from training to successful job placement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one career coaching and mentoring to help beneficiaries define goals and improve employability.
• Conduct interview preparation sessions, mock interviews, and provide advice on CV writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, and job search strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and group sessions focused on soft‑skill development and workplace readiness.
• Manage the end‑to‑end beneficiary journey, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Collaborate with the Employer Engagement team to refer beneficiaries, support recruitment activities, and boost placement rates.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with beneficiaries, employers, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify development needs, address employment challenges, and recommend solutions.
• Prepare reports, track KPIs, and ensure compliance with organizational processes.
• Conduct regular field visits across all governorates to support outreach and strengthen employer connections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR Management or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in coaching, educational project management, or similar roles.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently across Jordan.
• HR certifications are a plus.
