Junior Accountant – Accounts Receivable & Collections

About the role

We are expanding our Finance team in Amman and are looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to support our US‑based operations. The role focuses on managing client accounts, ensuring timely collections, and delivering excellent service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Track outstanding receivables and follow up to secure on‑time payments.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is complete and organized.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Gather, verify, and consolidate data for various financial analyses.
• Support the finance team with regular and ad‑hoc reporting needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably with accounts receivable and reporting.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work full U.S. business hours.
• Strong attention to detail and good time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting systems.
