Junior Accountant – Finance Team

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Junior Accountant to join the finance team at Key Jordan. In this position you will support daily financial operations, ensure accurate transaction recording, and help prepare reports that reflect the company’s performance.

Key responsibilities

• Record and maintain all business transactions in the financial system.
• Manage accounts receivable, issue invoices and ensure timely collection.
• Oversee accounts payable and perform reconciliations for prompt payments.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, including cash flow statements, budget updates and performance summaries.
• Assist in developing financial analyses and budgets to improve company performance.
• Support cash flow forecasting and other reports to assess financial position.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial processes and reduce inefficiencies.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the direct manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
