Junior Business Development & Project Coordinator Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Development & Project Coordinator Assistant to support our architecture and landscape projects. You will work closely with senior staff to prepare proposals, manage client communications, and help grow our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and coordinating technical and financial proposals, RFQs, and RFP submissions.
• Support communication and follow‑up with clients, consultants, and stakeholders regarding project opportunities and requirements.
• Contribute to business development activities, networking, and relationship building.
• Conduct research on clients, projects, competitions, awards, and market opportunities.
• Assist in project initiation, coordination, and follow‑up tasks.
• Participate in meetings, presentations, and industry‑related events.
• Support the preparation and updating of company credentials, profiles, portfolios, and marketing materials.
• Assist in managing social media content and digital presence.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and presentation abilities.
• Excellent research and organizational capabilities.
• Project Management certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience and knowledge of Revit.
