Junior Design Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Design Architect to join our creative team. The role involves working across all design phases, from concept through construction documents, while collaborating with consultants, contractors, and internal departments. You will develop drawings, renderings, presentations, and models in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Produce design and documentation for all project stages, ensuring high‑level detail.
• Create design drawings, schedules, renderings, and presentation graphics.
• Conduct site analysis, zoning research, and material investigations.
• Develop construction documents from approved schematic designs and coordinate with civil and structural teams.
• Provide technical support during bidding, construction, permitting, and RFI processes.

Required profile

• Strong design and construction technical abilities with excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage phases from schematic design to construction documents, independently or with supervision.
• Experience in site planning and zoning analysis.
• Self‑motivated, eager to learn and grow quickly.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in Photoshop.
