Junior Frontend Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Frontend Engineer to join Viero’s technology platform for fleet‑dependent businesses. You will work closely with senior engineers and designers to build modern, user‑friendly web applications that support logistics and financial operations across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using Next.js.
• Build responsive and accessible user interfaces with Tailwind CSS, CSS, and HTML5.
• Support the implementation of Server‑Side Rendering (SSR) and Single Page Application (SPA) features.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Progressive Web Apps (PWA).
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs.
• Participate in code reviews and apply feedback to improve code quality.
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional, clean code.
• Continuously learn and stay up‑to‑date with frontend best practices and new technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional frontend development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow technically.
• Good problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
