About the role
We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer to join our international team building Comm.care, a collaboration platform for community healthcare organisations in Australia. You will work on a large, business‑logic‑heavy application, gaining exposure to both backend and frontend development while contributing to the platform’s evolution.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain server‑side features using NestJS.
- Write end‑to‑end automation tests with Jest to ensure code quality.
- Implement user‑facing components with React on the Next.js framework.
- Collaborate with remote teammates via daily video stand‑ups and Slack.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimisation.
Required profile
- Strong foundation in JavaScript and enthusiasm for full‑stack development.
- Comfortable working in a distributed, remote‑first environment.
- Eagerness to learn the domain of community healthcare services.
- Ability to handle complex business logic in a collaborative setting.
