About the role

We are looking for a Junior R&D Chef to support the development, testing, and improvement of new and existing menu products at Four Winters.

Key responsibilities

Develop and test new dishes and menu products.
Conduct product trials and refine recipes.
Standardize recipes, portions, and preparation methods.
Support product costing and waste optimization.
Work with Operations to ensure consistency and smooth implementation.
Maintain recipes and product documentation.
Support product launches and kitchen trials.

Required profile

1–3 years of relevant culinary experience.
Strong interest in food and product development.
Creative with good knowledge of ingredients and kitchen operations.
Strong attention to quality and consistency.
