About the role
We are looking for a Junior R&D Chef to support the development, testing, and improvement of new and existing menu products at Four Winters.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and test new dishes and menu products.
- Conduct product trials and refine recipes.
- Standardize recipes, portions, and preparation methods.
- Support product costing and waste optimization.
- Work with Operations to ensure consistency and smooth implementation.
- Maintain recipes and product documentation.
- Support product launches and kitchen trials.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of relevant culinary experience.
- Strong interest in food and product development.
- Creative with good knowledge of ingredients and kitchen operations.
- Strong attention to quality and consistency.
