Kitchen Steward – Food & Beverage Support

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Kitchen Steward to join our Food & Beverage team. In this position you will ensure that all kitchen areas and equipment are kept clean and ready for service, supporting the smooth operation of our food preparation environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean food processing facilities, storage rooms, walk‑in refrigerators, kitchen utensils, corridors, and holding areas.
• Maintain and sanitize operational equipment according to hygiene standards.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and service staff to coordinate cleaning schedules.
• Follow duty rosters and shift patterns, performing all stewarding tasks as instructed.
• Minimise waste, breakage, and spoilage through careful handling and storage practices.

Required profile

• Vocational training in Food & Beverage or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward or in a similar stewarding role.
• Fluent command of English.
• Hands‑on, hardworking, and able to adapt quickly in a busy environment.
• Calm and focused under pressure with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English language.
