KYC & AFU Support Consultant (4-month contract)

About the role

This is a four‑month fixed‑term position supporting the KYC & AFU team at Network International Jordan. The consultant will handle high‑volume data entry and operational KYC tasks, ensuring accurate merchant records and compliance documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform high‑volume data entry and update records in internal merchant management systems.
• Support KYC & AFU operational tasks, including document review and data verification.
• Coordinate with the KYC team to escalate flagged cases promptly.
• Maintain accuracy and audit‑trail integrity across all records.
• Meet daily and weekly processing targets within the agreed project timeline.

Required profile

• Experience in KYC, compliance, or data entry within a financial or payment environment.
• Familiarity with CBJ KYC documentation requirements is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work at high volume.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
