About the role

This is a four‑month fixed‑term position supporting the KYC & AFU team at Network International Jordan. The consultant will handle high‑volume data entry and operational KYC tasks, ensuring accurate merchant records and compliance documentation.

Key responsibilities

Perform high‑volume data entry and update records in internal merchant management systems.
Support KYC & AFU operational tasks, including document review and data verification.
Coordinate with the KYC team to escalate flagged cases promptly.
Maintain accuracy and audit‑trail integrity across all records.
Meet daily and weekly processing targets within the agreed project timeline.

Required profile

Experience in KYC, compliance, or data entry within a financial or payment environment.
Familiarity with CBJ KYC documentation requirements is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work at high volume.
Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
