Laser Technician

About the role

The Laser Technician will work full‑time on‑site at Telescope Medical Center in Amman, delivering laser‑based hair removal and other approved laser treatments. The role follows established clinical protocols, ensuring patient safety and high‑quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and laser equipment for each procedure.
• Assess client needs, explain procedures, and document treatments accurately.
• Monitor patient responses during and after treatments and provide professional customer service.
• Maintain laser devices, perform routine cleaning and safety checks.
• Collaborate with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and clinical staff to support overall patient care.

Required profile

• Strong customer service skills with clear communication, empathy, and professionalism.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow clinical guidelines and documentation standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced medical environment.
• Previous experience in a medical clinic, dermatology, or aesthetic center is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in hair removal and laser hair removal techniques for cosmetic or medical treatments.
• Hands‑on experience with laser devices and adherence to laser safety protocols.
• Relevant technical diploma, certification, or training in laser therapy or dermal/cosmetic treatments.
• Knowledge of basic anatomy, skin types, and contraindications for laser procedures.
