Learning & Development Manager

About the role

The Learning & Development Manager drives the company’s values and philosophy by ensuring that all training and development activities are aligned with the organization’s mission and vision. Working closely with property leadership, the role identifies employee and organizational development needs and delivers effective training programs that support business results.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and promote employee training programs covering product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service, and leadership skills.
• Conduct needs assessments, design and develop training curricula, and facilitate both custom and corporate training sessions.
• Measure training effectiveness, monitor enrollment and attendance, and evaluate transfer of learning to operational performance.
• Partner with operational leaders to assess technical and leadership skill development and incorporate adult‑learning principles.
• Develop training program plans and budgets that are strategically linked to the organization’s mission.

Required profile

• Either a 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field with at least 2 years of HR or related experience, or a 4‑year bachelor’s degree in the same fields with a certified trainer qualification (no experience required).
• Certified trainer status is mandatory.
