Life Cycle Marketer

About the role

We are seeking a Life Cycle Marketer with hands‑on experience in customer engagement, CRM campaigns, and marketing automation. The role focuses on designing, executing, and optimizing campaigns across the entire user journey, from onboarding to win‑back, using CleverTap as the core platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch lifecycle marketing campaigns for onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, loyalty, and win‑back.
• Build, manage, and refine automated user journeys, segmentation, cohorts, funnels, and dashboards in CleverTap.
• Create targeted messages across push notifications, email, SMS, in‑app messaging, WhatsApp, and other CRM channels.
• Analyze behavior, funnel performance, and cohort trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, data, content, and design teams to personalize customer journeys.
• Conduct A/B tests on messaging, timing, segmentation, offers, and channels to improve conversion.
• Monitor metrics such as open rates, click‑through rates, conversion, retention, churn, repeat purchase, and customer lifetime value.
• Maintain campaign calendars, ensure timely execution, and perform QA, tracking, and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or growth marketing.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with CleverTap, including building journeys, segments, cohorts, and reports.
• Proven ability to run multi‑channel campaigns (push, email, SMS, in‑app, WhatsApp).
• Strong analytical skills to translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent copywriting and communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with solid project‑management and organizational skills.
