About the role

Delta Insurance is seeking a motivated Life Insurance Sales Consultant to join its growing team in Jordan. You will be responsible for expanding the client base, presenting tailored life‑insurance solutions, and achieving monthly sales targets in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target prospective clients through cold calls, networking events, and field meetings.
• Conduct in‑depth consultations to assess financial needs and recommend appropriate life‑insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Meet or exceed individual monthly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve the overall customer experience.
• Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in life‑insurance sales.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in life insurance.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve targets.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage a sales pipeline effectively.
• Comfortable using technology and adapting to new digital tools.
