Lifeguard – Beach Club (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests at our beach club in Aqaba. This full‑time position involves monitoring swimmers, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Observe the swimming area and intervene using appropriate rescue techniques when needed.
• Identify hazardous conditions, unsafe activities, and struggling swimmers.
• Promote facility rules, assist injured guests, and report incidents to management.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, towels, and surrounding areas.
• Inspect equipment for defects and ensure all safety gear is functional.
• Provide courteous service, welcome guests, and support colleagues.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior lifeguard experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work outdoors, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lb unassisted.
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.

Required skills

• CPR Certification.
• First Aid Certification.
