Linen Runner – Housekeeping

About the role
The Linen Runner supports the Housekeeping team by ensuring rooms are prepared for guests efficiently and accurately. This position works closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Run sold room reports, verify room status, and prioritize cleaning tasks.
- Document and resolve discrepancies with the Front Desk and coordinate room assignments.
- Monitor ‘Do Not Disturb’ rooms and ensure they are cleaned promptly when status changes.
- Assist Housekeeping management with daily activity planning and paperwork.
- Communicate clearly with other departments to address maintenance issues, safety hazards, and guest needs.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related housekeeping experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow company policies and safety procedures.
- Professional appearance and commitment to confidentiality.
