Loss Prevention Supervisor

About the role

The Loss Prevention Supervisor is responsible for safeguarding the property, guests, and employees by monitoring security systems, conducting inspections, and responding to emergencies. This full‑time position ensures a safe environment while supporting the hospitality team in delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms, and assist guests with access.
• Conduct emergency response drills, safety inspections, investigations, and key‑control audits.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to secured zones.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS when needed.
• Prepare accurate incident reports while maintaining confidentiality.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and enforce alcoholic beverage control laws.
• Support management in training, motivating, and coaching security staff.
• Maintain professional appearance, uniform standards, and protect company assets.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills with guests, employees, and emergency services.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and respond quickly throughout the shift.
• Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
