Loss Prevention Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Loss Prevention Supervisor to safeguard our property in Aqaba, Jordan. The role involves patrolling premises, securing rooms, and supporting guests and employees during emergencies while maintaining a safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms and control access to restricted zones.
• Conduct emergency response drills, safety inspections, investigations, interviews and key‑control audits.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to secured areas.
• Assist guests and staff during emergencies, provide first aid/CPR and coordinate with EMS.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, maintain confidentiality and release information only to authorized personnel.
• Defuse disturbances, enforce alcoholic beverage control laws and escort unwelcome persons.
• Support management in training, coaching and motivating security staff.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk or run for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb unaided.
