About the role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our team. The role involves managing our social media platforms, creating visual content, and planning digital advertising campaigns to support sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the company’s social media accounts.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content.
• Manage and optimize sponsored and paid advertising campaigns.
• Create professional images, videos, and reels for social media.
• Take and edit photos and videos for marketing purposes using Adobe Photoshop and other design tools.
• Utilize AI tools to support content creation and marketing activities.
• Monitor social media engagement and advertising campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements.
• Develop creative marketing ideas to promote the company’s services.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, digital marketing tools, and content strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and social media.
• Strong experience in managing social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Good skills in photography, videography, and video editing.
• Good knowledge of AI tools for marketing and content creation.
• Strong communication and creative skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Must be based in Amman (office‑based position).
