Marketing Specialist – Lead Generation & Content

About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead inbound lead generation through compelling, content‑driven campaigns for our talent, learning and consulting ecosystem across the MENA region. The role focuses on attracting HR leaders, L&D decision‑makers, government entities, CEOs and corporate executives in Jordan, Saudi Arabia and beyond.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content‑led lead generation strategy aligned with the company’s 3Cs framework and service lines.
- Maintain a consistent content calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram and the corporate website targeting HR, L&D and organizational development audiences.
- Produce or commission thought‑leadership assets such as articles, case studies, explainer posts, short videos and campaign visuals.
- Design, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn and Google Ads to capture qualified leads.
- Create and manage landing pages, lead magnets and inbound funnels for specific service offerings.
- Develop email nurture sequences for prospects at various stages of the buyer journey.
- Translate client case studies into impactful content that builds trust.
- Monitor and report on metrics including qualified leads, cost per lead, engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with business development to hand over marketing‑qualified leads with full context.
- Coordinate external designers or content creators as needed.
Required profile
- 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience with a strong focus on content‑driven lead generation.
- Background in marketing consulting, training, L&D or professional services and familiarity with long sales cycles.
- Excellent written English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager; Google Ads experience desirable.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot.
- Understanding of the MENA business landscape, especially Jordan and Saudi Arabia.
