About the role

Join Progressive Generation Holding’s AI‑driven ecosystem as a Marketing Strategy & Performance Marketing Instructor. Based in Amman, you will design, update, and deliver cutting‑edge curriculum that prepares learners for AI‑enabled marketing careers across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refresh course materials on marketing strategy, performance marketing, market research and data analysis.
• Prepare lesson plans, teach classes, and lead hands‑on workshops.
• Guide learners through real‑world projects, provide constructive feedback, and mentor their progress.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors and program managers to integrate case studies, real‑time data, and industry best practices.
• Stay current on MENA market trends and major digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Foster an inclusive, engaging classroom environment.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in marketing strategy and performance marketing, preferably within the MENA region.
• Strong market‑research and data‑analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for teaching complex concepts.
• Experience in digital or performance marketing and familiarity with analytics tools and major ad platforms.
• Prior experience teaching, training, or mentoring adults in marketing or business‑related programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Amman and collaborate with diverse teams.
