About the role
We are looking for a dynamic showroom sales professional to join our mobile and electronics retail team in Amman. The role involves engaging customers, promoting our range of mobile devices, accessories and Apple products, and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Meet and exceed the sales department’s goals and targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the buying process.
- Communicate product features and benefits clearly to customers.
- Utilize computer systems for sales transactions and inventory checks.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Apple product lines.
Required profile
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in retail.
- Strong commitment to achieving sales objectives.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
- Good computer literacy.
Required skills
- In‑depth knowledge of Apple products.
- Computer skills for handling sales software.
