Mechanical Associate – Vehicle Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Associate to join the Supply Chain team at Teeba, Jordan’s leading FMCG company. The role focuses on maintaining and servicing the company’s fleet of vehicles to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on company vehicles.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance according to company standards.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and execute timely troubleshooting and repairs.
• Inspect vehicle parts to decide on reuse or replacement following approved procedures.
• Prepare technical reports on vehicle condition and maintenance activities when required.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment in compliance with safety policies.

Required profile

• High school certificate (Industrial stream) or vocational diploma in mechanical engineering.
• 2–4 years of practical experience in vehicle mechanical maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of vehicles, mechanical systems and components.
• Good understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and apply appropriate solutions.
• Good command of Arabic language.
• Team‑player attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
