Medical Sales Representative (North Region)

About the role

Rawand Drugstore is seeking a motivated Medical Sales Representative to cover the northern territories of Jordan, including Irbid, Ramtha, and Mafraq. The role focuses on promoting high‑quality pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and expanding market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct medical detailing visits to doctors, pharmacists, and clinics within the assigned region.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders.
• Achieve sales targets and report progress to the regional manager.
• Plan and execute territory coverage plans, ensuring timely visits and follow‑ups.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on product performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (mandatory).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in medical detailing or pharmaceutical sales.
• Own a personal car for field coverage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and resilient in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territories.
