Communication Officer

About the role
The Communication Officer will manage interactions with trial participants, ensuring they are informed about study procedures, eligibility, and follow‑up requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the trial participants database and generate participant lists based on protocol criteria.
- Communicate screening results, eligibility, study dates, and compensation details to participants.
- Coordinate sample collection, repeat tests, adverse‑event follow‑up, and visit scheduling.
- Record participant arrival times and communication details in the Clinical Management System.
- Label blood, plasma, and urine samples and handle data entry on the study platform.
Required profile
- B.Sc. or diploma degree.
- Positive attitude, good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of GCP and international guidelines.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Windows operating system.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
