MedTech/CNA – Part‑Time Overnight (10 pm‑6 am)

About the role
The CNA/MedTech at Sagewood at Daybreak provides quality care during the overnight shift, supporting residents’ independence and well‑being.
Key responsibilities
- Assist residents with simple requests, bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, ambulation and other activities.
- Provide companionship, develop strong resident relationships and respond to emergencies according to policies.
- Document care, review 24‑hour reports and care checklists, and ensure resident service plans are up‑to‑date.
Required profile
- Positive attitude – bring a smile to work every day.
- High school education or GED preferred; nursing assistant course completion.
- Team player with ability to work night shifts.
- Preferred CNA certification; must meet state training requirements.
Required skills
- First Aid certification.
- CPR certification (if required).
