About the role

The CNA/MedTech at Sagewood at Daybreak provides quality care during the overnight shift, supporting residents’ independence and well‑being.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist residents with simple requests, bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, ambulation and other activities.
  • Provide companionship, develop strong resident relationships and respond to emergencies according to policies.
  • Document care, review 24‑hour reports and care checklists, and ensure resident service plans are up‑to‑date.

Required profile

  • Positive attitude – bring a smile to work every day.
  • High school education or GED preferred; nursing assistant course completion.
  • Team player with ability to work night shifts.
  • Preferred CNA certification; must meet state training requirements.

Required skills

  • First Aid certification.
  • CPR certification (if required).
