Microsoft Dynamics System Administrator (UAE)

About the role

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics System Administrator to join our enterprise ERP/CRM team in the UAE. The role focuses on maintaining and optimizing Dynamics 365 environments, ensuring high availability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 (FinOps and CRM) infrastructure, Service Fabric clusters, and Lifecycle Services (LCS) environments.
• Perform Microsoft SQL Server database administration, including backup, recovery, replication, and performance tuning.
• Manage package deployments, application version upgrades, SSIS integrations, and API integration points.
• Develop automated monitoring tools, oversee batch jobs, and manage user security roles and operational workflows.
• Resolve complex infrastructure issues and coordinate with vendors and Microsoft for licensing and technical escalations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of database and system administration experience in enterprise settings.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and CRM administration.
• Expert‑level experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2012 +) and performance tuning.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server (2016 +) and Microsoft Azure administration.
