Mid-Market Customer Growth Executive (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Infobip, a full-stack cloud communication platform, is hiring a Mid-Market Customer Growth Executive who speaks Arabic. The role drives client satisfaction, retention and growth by managing client relationships, meeting performance goals, ensuring proper account setup and risk management, analysing client data and collaborating with internal teams. It focuses on top-tier T2 clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned T2 clients, sharing the Infobip strategy and roadmap and helping position Infobip against competitors.
• Act as the main contact for clients' business and technical expectations, including technical escalations, service and product adoption, and feed customer feedback to Product teams.
• Coordinate teams to best serve each customer and meet or exceed quarterly KPIs such as gross profit, margin, cross-sells, NRR and tier-to-tier transitions.
• Work with Platform Operations to set up accounts correctly, including account creation, routing, sender registration and content filtering.
• With Revenue Assurance, monitor and act on health risks, including financial collections and netting.
• Analyse and forecast client traffic and react quickly to protect revenue and maximise gross profit.
• Work with the Self Service team on moving customers to self-service or upgrading them to managed services.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Full-cycle sales experience and account management experience.
• Fluent English and Arabic.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Industry experience highly preferred; understanding of SaaS and CPaaS solutions.
• Prior experience with Revenue Assurance, Purchasing and technical teams is a plus.
