About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Telesales Representatives to join our growing team at Pioneers Academy. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, introducing them to our educational programs and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers by phone and present the academy’s courses and services.
• Follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Provide clear, professional information and answer questions about program details.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow‑up actions.
• Achieve assigned sales and enrollment targets on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with team members to meet overall performance goals.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or phone‑based sales.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Professional, friendly demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Target‑oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Team player who can contribute to a collaborative environment.
