Multi-Country Representative – MENA (Amman)

About the role

IMPACT Initiatives is seeking a Multi‑Country Representative (MCR) to lead its integrated missions across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) from its new regional hub in Amman, Jordan. The MCR will oversee program teams, represent the organisation with regional stakeholders, and drive fundraising and partnership activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate integrated missions in Yemen, Lebanon and Libya, ensuring effective program delivery.
• Represent IMPACT with governments, UN agencies, donors and other regional partners.
• Lead regional fundraising initiatives and develop new partnerships.
• Set up and operationalise the Amman Multi‑Country Office and Hub, including administrative and logistical functions.
• Provide direct leadership to mission and regional staff, establishing team structures aligned with IMPACT guidance.
• Host regional admin/operations teams and, when needed, de‑localized global staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multi‑country humanitarian programmes, preferably in the MENA region.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with donors, governments and UN coordination mechanisms.
• Experience in setting up office structures and regional support functions.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an asset.
