Multi-Property Account Receivable

About the role

The Multi-Property Account Receivable position supports the finance function across multiple hotel properties in Aqaba. You will ensure accurate recording of financial transactions, maintain reliable records, and assist with period‑end closing activities while upholding Marriott’s standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper coding.
• Organise, secure, and maintain files, records, cash and cash equivalents in line with company policies.
• Record, store, access and analyse computerized financial information.
• Maintain accurate electronic spreadsheets for financial and accounting data.
• Classify, code and summarise numerical data using journals, ledgers and computer systems.
• Prepare, maintain and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing or payroll reports.
• Complete period‑end closing procedures and related reports as specified.
• Prepare, review, reconcile and issue bills, invoices and account statements.
• Follow all company policies, protect confidential information and ensure a professional appearance.
• Provide courteous service to guests and respond to internal communications promptly.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related finance or accounting experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift, carry or move objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required skills

• Basic accounting knowledge and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with electronic spreadsheets.
• Ability to work with accounting software and computerized financial systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow established procedures.
