Multi-Property Director of Sales

About the role

The Multi-Property Director of Sales leads the sales function across multiple hospitality assets, driving long‑term, value‑based customer relationships and achieving property sales targets. This senior management position reports to the Director of Operations and works closely with revenue and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives for each property.
• Set and monitor personal and team booking goals to maximize revenue.
• Oversee daily sales activities, approve space releases for catering, and participate in sales calls to acquire and close new business.
• Analyze market data, generate forecasts, and support revenue management with accurate projections.
• Ensure exceptional guest service by gathering feedback, addressing concerns, and empowering staff to deliver high‑quality experiences.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with at least 3 years of sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proven leadership ability in a sales environment, preferably within hospitality or property sales.
