National Reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

About the role

The National Reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will support the implementation of IOM’s projects, programmes and strategy monitoring and evaluation activities in Jordan, and contribute to drafting and reviewing reports in line with internal and donor requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation and monitoring of M&E systems, logical frameworks and results‑based management approaches.
• Collect, analyse and report quantitative and qualitative data, ensuring compliance with donor and IOM reporting standards.
• Prepare and review project reports, monitoring dashboards and evaluation findings for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in International Relations, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Law or related field with at least two years of relevant experience (or Bachelor’s with four years).
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of project development, M&E methodologies, data collection, analysis and humanitarian reporting.
• Strong analytical, organisational and writing skills, with ability to meet deadlines and produce accurate reports.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of databases and statistical analysis tools.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative research techniques and data management.
