Onsite E-commerce Manager

About the role

The Manager – Onsite leads the daily execution and optimisation of our web, mobile web and app experiences. Working with growth, commercial and product teams, you will create intuitive, high‑performing and personalised journeys that drive business results.

Key responsibilities

• Strategise and plan sale campaigns, defining central themes and unique selling propositions.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to boost promotional performance and manage product boosting on landing pages.
• Use data, analytics and A/B testing to optimise campaigns, report results and drive shopping innovations.
• Monitor app KPIs (sessions, engagement, bounce rate, load time, conversion) and lead initiatives to improve them.
• Optimise key app modules such as homepage and product discovery carousels through experimentation platforms.
• Champion customer‑centric thinking using behavioural data, feedback and UX research.
• Manage onsite assets including home page, category pages, banners and content marketing communications.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Content, Paid Media, CRM, Analytics, Merchandising) and ensure alignment with omni‑channel product & UX teams.

Required profile

• 4‑6+ years of experience in e‑commerce or merchandising, with at least 3 years in an onsite merchandising or product management role.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience driving performance optimisation.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage campaign execution.
