Order Processing & Accounts Receivable Specialist

About the role

Yokogawa is seeking an Order Processing & Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage the full order lifecycle from receipt to fulfillment while supporting AR activities. The role works closely with sales, finance, logistics and sourcing teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end order processing, from receipt to fulfillment.
• Review customer purchase orders for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics and Sourcing to ensure timely order booking in ERP systems.
• Track order status and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Handle order amendments, cancellations and escalations.
• Monitor pending orders, ensure timely invoicing and delivery.
• Maintain proper documentation and audit compliance.
• Support AR follow‑ups by ensuring correct documentation and billing.

Required profile

• More than 5 years of experience in order handling, operations or supply‑chain roles.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Professional attitude with strong interpersonal, organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia for official duties.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of order management and supply‑chain processes.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
