OT Consultant – Cybersecurity

About the role

We are seeking an experienced OT Consultant with a strong background in industrial control systems and cybersecurity. You will help clients improve operational efficiency, reliability, and safety while guiding the integration, optimization, and protection of operational technology in complex industrial environments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor emerging trends in OT platforms, industrial control systems (ICS), and cybersecurity, including OEM developments.
• Develop comprehensive OT strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry direction.
• Research and analyze OT market dynamics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Design innovative OT solutions to address specific client challenges.
• Identify, assess, and manage cybersecurity risks within OT/ICS environments, evaluating existing controls and recommending improvements.
• Provide project management oversight from planning through execution and delivery.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement to promote adoption and integration of OT technologies.
• Conduct regular reviews to identify optimization, scalability, and innovation opportunities, including Industrial 5G, robotics, and AI/ML.
• Design, implement, and configure cybersecurity systems for OT environments.
• Analyze security events, detect threats, and respond to incidents within OT/ICS networks.

Required profile

• Higher degree (Bachelor or Master) in Automation, Electronics, Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience working with OT plants or affiliates.
• Hands‑on experience designing, commissioning, or maintaining SCADA and EMS systems.
