Outbound Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Logistics Specialist to oversee and coordinate outbound logistics for our e‑commerce and wholesale channels. The role ensures accurate, timely, and cost‑effective order fulfillment while maintaining high service levels for both individual customers and B2B clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end outbound logistics process for e‑commerce and wholesale orders.
• Coordinate daily order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, and delivery activities.
• Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure orders are prepared accurately and dispatched on time.
• Coordinate with courier companies, transportation providers, and other logistics partners.
• Monitor e‑commerce deliveries, including last‑mile performance, failed deliveries, returns, and customer‑related issues.
• Track logistics costs and identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and reduce transportation expenses.
• Ensure proper shipping documentation and compliance with internal procedures and applicable logistics requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on outbound logistics performance.
• Monitor key logistics KPIs such as on‑time delivery, order accuracy, fulfillment lead time, delivery success rate, and logistics cost per order.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to fulfillment, transportation, and distribution processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in outbound logistics.
• Experience handling logistics operations for e‑commerce and/or wholesale businesses is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with courier companies and third‑party logistics providers (3PLs).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent command of English and Arabic.
