Partner Operations Coordinator – Logistics

About the role

As a Coordinator Partner Operations – Logistics, you will oversee vendor performance across food, grocery and local shop verticals, focusing on reducing delays and cancellations. You will use data analytics to build dashboards, track key KPIs and support Account Managers in day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and optimise performance of food vendors, local shops and tMart partners.
• Analyse restaurant performance data to increase order acceptance rates and reduce vendor delays.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and track core operational KPIs.
• Identify root causes of operational issues and implement corrective configurations.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Training, Driver Operations and other stakeholders to solve problems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in operations or logistics, preferably in the food/grocery tech industry.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and analytical mindset.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and systems.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, spike analysis).
• Strong data interpretation and analytical abilities.
