Partnership & Procurement Manager – E‑commerce Marketplace

About the role

Askim, a fast‑growing e‑commerce marketplace in Jordan, is looking for a results‑driven Partnership & Procurement Manager. You will act as the bridge between our digital platform and suppliers, expanding our vendor network and curating a profitable private inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new vendors to the marketplace.
• Negotiate commission rates, advertising fees and service terms with suppliers.
• Research high‑demand products, manage purchasing, and ensure profitability of private inventory.
• Build and maintain long‑term strategic relationships with suppliers to guarantee product availability and quality.
• Oversee accurate product listings, attractive presentation and correct pricing on the app.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in Business Development, Sales or Procurement, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Commercial acumen with a knack for spotting market trends and profitable items.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Independent, detail‑oriented and able to meet ambitious growth targets.
