Partnerships and Grants Manager

About the role

The Partnerships and Grants Manager will build and sustain trusted, partnership‑oriented relationships with local Civil Society Organization (CSO) sub‑grantees across a multi‑country portfolio. This role supports the delivery of the “No Child on the Sidelines” programme and ensures high‑quality reporting, compliance monitoring and technical assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with CSO sub‑grantees in 12+ countries.
• Oversee grant implementation, ensuring compliance with programme guidelines and donor requirements.
• Coordinate programme reporting, data collection and analysis for senior management.
• Provide technical assistance and capacity‑building support to sub‑grantees.
• Monitor financial and operational performance of grants and flag issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align grant activities with overall programme objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partnership development or grant management within international development or non‑profit settings.
• Experience working with CSOs across multiple countries and cultural contexts.
• Strong understanding of compliance, reporting and monitoring frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
