About the role

The Performance Marketing Manager – Crypto will lead and optimise digital marketing campaigns to acquire clients, increase trading volume and grow the platform within the crypto ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and trading activity.
Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter (X), TikTok and crypto‑specific networks.
Optimise campaigns using metrics such as CPA, CAC, conversion rates and ROI.
Allocate marketing budgets across channels and conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Digital Media.
5+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital acquisition.
Experience in crypto, fintech, trading or blockchain industries is preferred.
