Freelance Social Media & Personal Branding Specialist

About the role

Yeslamu, a Jordanian marketplace connecting shoppers with independent brands, is seeking a creative freelance professional to build the founder’s public presence and introduce audiences to the platform. Working directly with the founder, you will shape storytelling, generate content ideas, and produce engaging multimedia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop founder positioning and storytelling to convey personality, mission, and experience.
• Create content concepts around seller stories, bazaar visits, interviews, product discoveries and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
• Plan, direct, film and edit video content, ensuring comfort and authenticity on camera.
• Advise on suitable social platforms, formats and publishing priorities for the founder and Yeslamu channels.
• Identify collaboration, interview, community and media opportunities that align with the brand direction.
• Analyse audience feedback and performance data to refine future content.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media strategy, content creation or personal branding.
• Strong portfolio showcasing original ideas and hands‑on filming and editing.
• Excellent Arabic communication, good understanding of Jordanian audiences and solid English skills.
• Initiative, clear communication and confidence to recommend approaches while collaborating.
