Junior Social Media Officer

About the role

Jampot Coffee Co. is seeking a creative Junior Social Media Officer to craft and share authentic coffee stories across digital platforms. You will work closely with marketing, coffee, retail, hospitality and sourcing teams to bring the brand to life online.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging posts, stories, reels and short‑form videos on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Capture photos and videos on‑site, turning everyday activities and milestones into compelling content.
• Develop content calendars, support campaign planning and monitor performance metrics.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages, maintaining a positive brand presence.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Proactive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and experiment.

Required skills

• Basic photography and videography.
• Graphic design basics using tools such as Canva or CapCut.
• Familiarity with content scheduling tools and social media analytics.
