Planning Engineer

About the role

Ata Rabah is hiring a skilled and proactive Planning Engineer in Amman, Jordan, on a full-time basis. The Planning Engineer develops and monitors project schedules, tracks performance and coordinates planning activities so that resources are used efficiently and projects are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and standardize planning methodologies across departments.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, including weekly production and installation plans.
• Track project progress, performance indicators and forecasts, and prepare periodic reports.
• Coordinate workflows and priorities across projects, factory operations and suppliers.
• Support master scheduling and critical path analysis.
• Identify potential risks and delays and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure timely execution and delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and coordination abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Relevant planning tools.
