About the role

Join Marriott International as a Seasonal Pool Attendant in Amman, Jordan. You will ensure the pool area is clean, safe, and welcoming, creating a relaxing environment for all guests.

Key responsibilities

• Wash, mop, and clean the pool deck and surrounding areas.
• Promote a fun, upbeat atmosphere and enforce facility rules.
• Monitor guest activities, respond to emergencies, and provide first‑aid assistance until medical services arrive.
• Collect, fold, and stack towels according to company procedures.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.
• Welcome guests, assist individuals with disabilities, and maintain professional appearance.
• Operate computers and point‑of‑sale systems for record‑keeping.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and navigating slippery surfaces safely.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior experience required; a positive, enthusiastic attitude is essential.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are mandatory.
• Ability to work outdoors and handle physical demands of the role.
