Portfolio Specialist

About the role

This position joins MetLife’s Employee Benefits team to manage and grow a corporate business portfolio. The specialist will identify new opportunities, nurture relationships with corporate clients and brokers, and promote innovative employee‑benefits solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop assigned corporate client portfolios, ensuring high service levels and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end renewal processes for assigned accounts, delivering timely and accurate completions.
• Monitor collections, account receivables, and outstanding client requirements.
• Promote wellness initiatives and increase client engagement with available wellness programs.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities to support portfolio growth and retention.
• Handle day‑to‑day client communications, resolving inquiries and delivering high‑quality service.
• Execute client servicing activities with accuracy, compliance, and adherence to timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a client‑facing, operations, or related role.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional certification in insurance, employee benefits, or a related discipline is a plus.

• Demonstrated fluency with AI‑powered tools to enhance productivity and support decision‑making.
