Power Platform Specialist (Mid‑Level)

About the role

Kitopi is seeking a mid‑level Power Platform Specialist to design, build and support internal business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI. The role will translate operational requirements into scalable digital solutions that improve kitchen operations and overall business efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Canvas Apps in Power Apps, creating user‑friendly screens, forms, galleries and role‑based access.
• Build and maintain automated workflows in Power Automate for approvals, notifications, data updates and integrations.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Connect Power Platform solutions to data sources such as SQL Server, SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel and external APIs.
• Write efficient Power Fx formulas, handle JSON parsing, expressions, conditions, loops and error handling.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by business users, optimizing performance and user experience.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with hands‑on experience building solutions on Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to work independently.
• Experience collaborating with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
